About us
Team Factor is the brainchild of Jennifer Macha + Nely Ward. During the summer of Covid, we were on a break from their jobs working in race/event production and set out to help young athletes stay active and healthy. That journey led us to identify two problems in the field of youth athletics:
1 – that young athletes are being Coached Out Of Sports at an early age
2 – Advanced Players Don’t Have Access to Sport Specific Athletic Training
We worked together to develop a solution to solve these problems. Our educational and work backgrounds are the perfect combination for developing a digital solution to help coaches and athletes achieve better athletic performance
